This year's QA Hackathon, sponsored by Birmingham.pm and others, was held from March 28 to March 30, 2009. Several of the participants have written up reports of the activities.

Personally, I'm very excited by the improvements to the draft TAP specification, the addition of nested TAP to Test::Builder 1 and Test::Harness, and progress on Test::Builder 2. What are you most excited by?

I've got big hopes for the perldoc work - there was a lot of talk on IRC a few months ago about improving the presentation of Perl documentation (the content is already fairly good, most people seem to agree). TT was held up as an example of good presentation by several people, for its web documentation - I'm hoping Perldoc::Server will lower the barrier for every project to improve how their documentation is presented to users.

Oooh, I missed that one entirely! Having our own in-house perldoc.perl.org would be awesome for looking up documentation.
