Google have published the list of accepted organisations for their 2009 Summer of Code. The Perl Foundation has been accepted, and has a number of suggestions for projects which students could work on, including the Catalyst, Jifty and Mojo frameworks, a number of high-profile modules including Moose and POE, and of course there's work to be done on Parrot and Perl 6.
